The short version

This website collects nothing about you. It runs no analytics, sets no tracking cookies, and transmits no form data to any server.

Forms

Every enquiry form on this site works by composing a message in your own email application. When you press the submit button, your browser opens your mail client with the details you entered already filled in. You then review that message and choose whether to send it.

Nothing you type into a form reaches this website's servers, because the form does not send it there. If you close your mail client without sending, nothing has been transmitted at all.

Analytics and tracking

No analytics platform, tag manager, advertising pixel or session-recording tool runs on this site. This is a deliberate decision: the enquiry routes on this site concern cancer diagnoses and medical documentation, and that information should not pass through third-party measurement services.

Cookies

This website sets no cookies. Some pages use your browser's local storage to remember a preference — for example, which items you have ticked on the document checklist. That data stays in your browser, is never transmitted anywhere, and can be cleared using the reset control on that page or by clearing your browser's site data.

Medical documents

Medical documents are never uploaded through this website. Where a review is agreed, a secure route for sharing documentation is arranged separately. Patient documentation is never published on this website, never displayed in any public content system, and never shared with third parties without explicit consent.

Information you send by email

When you send an enquiry email, that message is held in the receiving mailbox. It is used to respond to your enquiry and, where an engagement follows, to carry out the agreed work. It is not sold, not used for marketing, and not shared with third parties except where you have asked for that or where the law requires it.

External links

This site links to external services including ORCID, Google Scholar, ResearchGate, LinkedIn and GitHub. Those services have their own privacy policies, and this policy does not cover them.

Fonts

Typefaces are loaded from Google Fonts. This means your browser makes a request to Google's servers when a page loads. If you would prefer that not to happen, most browsers and privacy extensions can block it, and the site remains fully readable in fallback typefaces.

Your rights

You may ask what information is held about you, ask for it to be corrected, or ask for it to be deleted. Because this website collects nothing, such a request relates only to email correspondence you have sent. See the data request page for how to make one.
