Precision oncology support for clinicians
Molecular expertise for complex cancer decisions. Analytical and interpretive support that returns a structured assessment to you — clinical responsibility for the patient remains yours throughout.
Discussion with a referring clinician
Two people at a screen reviewing a molecular report. Report content de-identified or synthetic.

Where this input is useful
- Rare tumours with limited disease-specific evidence
- Complex molecular profiles requiring prioritisation
- Treatment resistance without an established mechanism
- Multiple actionable findings competing for weight
- Variants of uncertain significance affecting a decision
- Cancer of unknown primary
- Biomarker questions where assay or scoring is in doubt
- ctDNA and molecular residual disease questions
- Hereditary risk assessment and cascade implications
- Clinical trial selection for a molecularly-defined case

How referral works
Six stages, designed so that the clinical question is settled before documentation is exchanged rather than after.
-
Structured referral
The referral form captures the clinical question, disease characteristics, available investigations and urgency. Use patient initials or a local reference rather than identifying details at this stage.
-
Acceptance and scope
The question and scope are confirmed, along with what documentation is needed and an expected timeline.
-
Secure documentation exchange
Identifiable documentation is exchanged through an agreed secure route once the referral has been accepted.
-
Analysis
Clinical, pathological, molecular and evidentiary review, worked through systematically.
-
Structured return
A written assessment with evidence tiers, actionability categories, uncertainties and suggested next questions.
-
Discussion
Direct discussion where useful, including joint discussion with your multidisciplinary team.
Beyond individual cases
Where the need is recurring rather than case-by-case, three standing arrangements are available.

Submit a case
The referral form takes a few minutes and captures what is needed to assess whether the case is appropriate.
