Data Request
How to ask what information is held about you, or ask for it to be corrected or deleted.
What this covers
Because this website collects nothing — no analytics, no cookies, no server-side form data — a data request relates only to correspondence you have sent by email, and to any documentation shared as part of an agreed engagement.
What you can ask for
- Access. A copy of the information held about you.
- Correction. Correction of anything inaccurate.
- Deletion. Deletion of information held about you, subject to any professional or legal record-keeping obligation that applies.
- Restriction. That information be retained but not otherwise used.
- Portability. Information you provided, returned in a common format.
How to make a request
A dedicated data-request address will be published here once configured. In the meantime, please use the routes on the contact page.
Identity
Confirmation of identity may be requested before information is released. This protects you: it prevents someone else obtaining your information by asking for it.
Consent
Where you have consented to something — for example, a publishable testimonial — you may withdraw that consent at any time. Withdrawal takes effect going forward and does not affect anything already done in reliance on it.
